The ever-changing-rules card game, now with zombies and Ungoals that make everyone lose.
Who it's for
Groups that want a goofy, low-stress card game and do not mind chaos. Easy to pick up between other games.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want strategy or control. Fluxx is intentionally unpredictable and luck-driven.
Vibe's take
Light, silly and chaotic. Rules flip from turn to turn, so a win often arrives by surprise. Expect laughter, groans and the occasional table-wide shock.
Zombie Fluxx is Fluxx with a zombie apocalypse: the rules of the game are written on the cards, and they change every turn. You start with three cards in hand. Each turn you draw one and play one, but the cards you play can rewrite everything, from how many cards you draw and play to how many you can hold and how you win. This edition adds Ungoal cards, special goals in which everybody loses, so the undead can spoil the party for all. It's chaotic, silly and light, and the winner often has little to do with skill. Best with a crowd that enjoys the mess more than the victory.
