Draft the right workers for your medieval kingdom and out-earn your rivals.
Who it's for
You enjoy compact drafting games with combos and a medieval flavour. Great for four players who like to watch each other's picks.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want a heavy strategy game or lots of direct conflict. It is a light, quick card game.
Vibe's take
Snappy and tactical. Each pick matters twice, once for your own combos and once for what you leave behind, and the table sighs when someone grabs the card you wanted.
Majesty: For the Realm is a compact medieval kingdom builder in card form. You recruit characters, from the humble Miller to far more ambitious figures, and each one does a job that brings gold into your realm. The trick is who works well with whom: some characters boost each other, so choosing your next hire is a bit like picking a team. Everyone drafts from a shared selection, so every card you take is one your rivals cannot have. Rich art and a short play time make it feel substantial for what it is. It plays in half an hour, suits two to four, and is best with four, when the market gets crowded.
