About this game
Rome versus Carthage across two epic card-driven wars in the definitive ancient Mediterranean wargame. The Hannibal side recreates the Second Punic War with Hannibal's legendary march across the Alps, while the Hamilcar side covers the earlier First Punic War. The card-driven system forces impossible choices between using cards for events or operations, and the political control system captures the importance of winning hearts and minds alongside military victories.
