About this game

Friedrich puts one player alone in the boots of Frederick the Great, desperately holding Prussia together while up to three opponents coordinate an invasion from every direction. Generals maneuver city to city on a map of old Europe, and battles are settled through card play rather than dice, so a well-timed tactical card can turn a doomed defense into a legendary stand. Frederick just needs to survive with part of his provinces intact until the Tsarina dies, a race the attackers know and will exploit relentlessly. It is a long, story-rich historical simulation built for players who want their card game to actually feel like grand strategy, not a light evening filler.
