Build Florentine towers for rival families and sneak your seal onto the best commissions.
Who it's for
You enjoy medium-weight strategy with a historical setting and a hint of back-stabbing. Particularly strong with two or three players.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want a peaceful building game with no interference. Opponents will snatch your commissions and cards will complicate your plans.
Vibe's take
A tight, tactical race where every brick purchase has a price and a timing. You hunt for the right colours while watching what your opponents are about to complete.
In twelfth to fourteenth century Florence, noble families show off by building ever taller tower houses, and you are the master builder they hire. In Firenze you complete commissions from the families and the church to earn prestige, and you also place your seals on the finished work. Coloured bricks are your currency, and cards can help you or sabotage a rival, so every turn is a mix of planning and mischief. Once someone plays their last seal, everyone else gets one more turn before scoring. Compact, clever and slightly mean, it suits people who like to out-think their opponents without a huge rulebook.
