Climb Egyptian society with a growing pile of dice, then roll it all in a final showdown for the Pharaoh's favor.
Who it's for
You like dice-building games and want one that finishes in under an hour with a dramatic ending. Great for two or three players.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want long-term control or low luck. The dice decide a lot, especially in the final roll.
Vibe's take
Snappy and tactile, with the thrill of rolling a handful of custom dice. The engine grows quickly, and the final roll-off is pure drama.
Favor of the Pharaoh is a dice-building game set in ancient Egypt, where you climb from lowly peasant toward the Pharaoh's court. You collect tiles that grant dice and powers, and each rung of society gives you access to stronger options. Your goal is to build a dice-rolling engine that can add, reroll, and manipulate dice better than the others. As soon as one player gains the Queen's influence, a final roll-off begins, and everyone fights for the Pharaoh's favor in one big throw. With over one hundred tiles and more than twenty dice, it has a satisfying pile of components. It is quick, a bit tense, and ends in a nail-biting finish.
