About this game
Timeline hands you a hand of cards, each showing an invention, discovery or event, but never the year. Your only job is to slot each card into a growing timeline before or after the ones already on the table, then flip it to see if you guessed right. Wrong, and you draw a replacement card and grow your hand instead of shrinking it. It plays in minutes, punishes overconfidence with a shrug, and somehow turns "when was the toothbrush invented" into a genuinely tense guessing game. First one out of cards wins, but the real fun is the arguing at the table.
