Vibe's take

Planning and second-guessing in equal parts. You can almost always see what you want to do, but never whether a rival will wreck it first.

About this game

The Maharaja is traveling from city to city across India, and you are one of the architects trying to build him palaces. Palaces cost money, so you have to earn enough in the cities first, choose which architects to hire (each has a special power, and the strongest cost more), and decide where the Maharaja should go next. Each round everyone secretly chooses an action at the same time, then reveals and resolves them in order, so you are constantly guessing what your rivals want. The first person to complete seven palaces wins. It is an area-control and timing game with tricky decisions, best with four or five players around the table.
