About this game

Hare & Tortoise looks like a simple race until you realize speed is the enemy. Every space you move costs more carrots than the last, so sprinting early leaves you starving later, while patient rabbits who feed on lettuce fields and clever detours slip past in the final stretch. You even need the exact right number of carrots to land on the finish, so barreling toward the end without a plan just strands you outside it. Deceptively deep for something this old, it rewards the tortoise mindset far more than the hare's, and that lesson has aged remarkably well.
