A cheeky fantasy-port worker-placement game about wheeling, dealing and buying up the town.
Who it's for
You like gentle worker-placement games with a humorous fantasy skin. Good for two who enjoy a bit of resource juggling.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want a heavy, cut-throat euro or a deeply original system. This one leans on humor and a familiar worker-placement base.
Vibe's take
Relaxed, chatty and a little scheming. You wander from building to building, grumbling when a rival's worker stands where you needed to be. The joke-filled cards keep the tone light even when the engine gets tight.
Harbour is a lively little worker-placement game set in a bustling fantasy port town. Your workers wander between buildings such as the Trader's Guild, the Masoner's Hall, the Sushi Shop, the Pub and the Wizard's Traveling Imaginarium, collecting and trading resources as they go. You then cash those resources in to buy buildings, and whoever owns the most points worth of buildings at the end wins. The cards are jokey and the town is full of wheeling and dealing, so you always keep an eye out for a bargain. A relaxed economic game with a cheeky tone, playable from one to four people.
