A simultaneous-card race where gravity keeps rearranging who is winning.
Who it's for
You like prediction games where you try to outguess friends and enjoy a sci-fi theme. Great for three or four who like a bit of friendly sabotage.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want full control of your plan. Other players' moves constantly shuffle the board, so careful planning gets undone often.
Vibe's take
Tense and slightly chaotic: you plan a clean jump, then someone else's card pulls you somewhere else. Guessing what rivals will play is the real fun. Short enough that losing to gravity feels funny rather than painful.
Your ship has been yanked through a black hole and the fuel tank is empty. Gravwell: Escape from the 9th Dimension is a card game where everyone races to the warp gate, but the physics here are weird: ships are pulled toward whatever object is nearest, which is usually another ship. Each round you secretly pick a card, reveal together, and move in order, so a good play can drag you backward just as easily as forward. You collect elements from asteroids along the way and try not to miss the exit. It is a tactical puzzle with a mean streak, and it also plays solo.
