About this game
Catan Dice Game takes the Catan world and boils it down to six dice and a score sheet. Instead of a board with little pieces, you have a building sheet showing a mini island. Each turn you roll the special resource dice up to three times, keep what you like and re-roll the rest, Yahtzee-style, then spend the result on roads, settlements, cities and knights, which you simply draw on your sheet. Finished buildings earn victory points. The game lasts fifteen turns, about fifteen to thirty minutes, and works for one player trying to beat their own score or for up to four. A light, portable cousin of Catan that fits in a bag.
