About this game
One of you wants Rome to march on Egypt, the other wants Egypt left alone, and the whole argument is settled by bribing five groups of Roman officials. You play numbered agents to their side of the table, face up for open pressure or face down for a bluff. Then the vote cards start flipping and you find out whose bribes actually mattered.
