Stack Swiss mountain animals on a shared pile and hope it does not topple.
Who it's for
Families with four-year-olds who want a first stacking game with a bit of cheeky sharing. Works for two just as well as four.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want anything more than a steady-hands game. Luck of the die and a wobbling tower carry the whole thing.
Vibe's take
Careful, then giggly, then groaning. Everyone watches the tower and one pair of shaky fingers decides the mood.
Animal Upon Animal: Crest Climbers is the same stacking game, dressed in Swiss mountain gear. Roll the die, then place one or two animals on the pile, hand one to another player to place, or set one on the table to widen the base for everybody. If pieces tumble while you build, you take up to two of them back, so a collapse stings but does not end the fun. First to use up all their animals wins. Ages four and up, quick, and the animals and objects are from Switzerland.
