Draw a card, play a card, and hope it is the kitten and not the dragon.
Who it's for
You want to throw a silly, ten-minute card brawl at a big group and do not mind that the outcome is mostly luck.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want to outplay your friends. Strategy barely matters, and getting eliminated by a random dragon is part of the deal.
Vibe's take
Pure chaos in tiny doses. Rounds end abruptly, luck outweighs skill, and the laughs come from the cards, not from clever play.
We Didn't Playtest This at All lives up to its name: you start with two cards, draw one, play one, and hope the card you play does not end you. The deck is full of bombs, dragons, arrows, zombies, laser pointers, black holes, and Rock Paper Scissors showdowns, with a few lifesavers like shields, spaceships, dinosaurs, and a kitten ambush. Star cards are labeled clearly superior, which should worry you. Games are over in about ten minutes, and the whole point is the shrieking, not the strategy. Ten players at most.
