About this game

Capture, stack, and strengthen your pieces on a hexagonal board in this pure abstract for two. Each turn you must make a capture, then optionally strengthen by stacking your own pieces or make a second capture. You lose if any of your three piece types is eliminated or if you cannot make a mandatory capture. Stacking creates powerful towers but reduces your numbers. The tension between attack and defense, between spreading thin and consolidating, is exquisite. Part of the GIPF project of abstract games.
