Argue your case in a trolley-problem party game with a very dark sense of humor.
Who it's for
You have a big adult group with a taste for dark humor and a flair for improvised arguments. Great for a loud late evening.
Not for you ifβ¦
You dislike dark jokes about death, play with children, or want a quiet evening. It is built for mature audiences.
Vibe's take
Loud, silly and slightly wicked, driven by who can pitch the best nonsense. The cards matter less than the table's willingness to ham it up.
Trial by Trolley takes the famous thought experiment and turns it into a loud, dark-humored party game. One player is the Conductor, the judge, and decides which track the runaway trolley will flatten. Everyone else is split into teams, each with a role, and they play cards and argue as shamelessly as they can to convince the judge to spare their side. The cards are the fun part: the tracks and the defenses get absurd fast. It is meant for adults with a taste for gallows humor, and it is only as good as your table's willingness to perform. A long session of ridiculous debating, not a thinking game.
