The Little Orchard turns the beloved Obstgarten formula into a quick, cozy race against a hungry raven, and everyone at the table is on the same side. Roll the color die and collect a matching cherry from the tree into your shared basket, but roll the raven and it hops one step closer to your orchard instead. Get every cherry picked before the raven arrives and you all win together, no one competing against anyone else, no one sitting out because they lost. It teaches color matching and simple counting without ever feeling like a lesson, and the tension of that approaching raven is real even for a three-year-old.
