About this game

Two-phase two-player duel set during the 1889 Paris World Fair. First, both players alternately place street tiles and claim building shapes, creating a shared city grid. Then, in the second phase, you place your claimed buildings on the lit streets, trying to cover as many streetlights as possible. The puzzle tension comes from phase one creating the board state that phase two exploits. A beautiful, tight spatial duel that plays in thirty minutes.
