Run a megacorp, forge alliances, and betray them the moment they stop paying off.
Who it's for
You have a full table of four to six who love negotiation and fiction-driven drama, ideally with Android or Netrunner fans in the group.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want a short game or hate negotiation. It runs for hours and thrives on talking, so quiet groups will stall.
Vibe's take
Long, loud, and delightfully shady: promises are made, loopholes are exploited, and suspicion grows. The game is more table talk than board crunch.
New Angeles is a long, talky game in the Android universe where you run one of the world's biggest megacorps. Your tools are credits, assets, and influence, and your real weapon is the deal: you vote on bills, negotiate with rivals, and form alliances that last exactly as long as they are useful. Some players carry hidden loyalties, and the game is semi-cooperative, so trust is a gamble. It takes about four hours and needs four to six players who enjoy backroom bargaining more than tidy rules. If your group likes arguing about contracts, this one turns a long evening into a corporate soap opera.
