Light, warm and team-based. Kids enjoy placing tiles and watching the path grow, while the dragon creeping closer adds gentle suspense. Adults will find it very simple and short, but the cooperation keeps it pleasant.
About this game
Koboldbande is a cooperative game for little players, age four and up, where a gang of kobolds teams up to reach the treasure chest before the dragon does. On the 6x8 board, four keys and a candy tile are scattered by dice rolls at the start. Each turn someone draws a tile: path tiles extend a trail across the board, dragon tiles push the dragon one step along its own path. Everyone decides together where each path tile goes. Kids practice looking, matching and working as a team, and adults get a gentle, quick puzzle where nobody has to lose alone. Simple, short, and nicely suspenseful for a four-year-old.
