About this game

Kelp drops two very different predators into a South African kelp forest and asks them to hunt each other using completely different toolkits. Play the Octopus and you are a deck-builder, sneaking through hidden and revealed blocks, bluffing your way past a hunter who can smell blood in the water. Play the Shark and you are drawing from a growing dice bag, patrolling territory and mitigating bad rolls with special abilities as you close in. Both paths mirror how these animals actually survive, so the asymmetry feels earned rather than gimmicky. Tense, quiet, and genuinely different depending on which predator you pick.
