Vibe's take
light, tactical, competitive, family-friendly, clever
Giro Galoppo turns a horse race into a clever little card puzzle before anyone even starts moving. First everyone places jump obstacles around the track, quietly setting traps for the horses that will run it, then each turn every player secretly picks a number card to decide how their horse moves and in what order horses go this round. Lowest card moves first, and landing on another horse shoves it backward, while landing on an obstacle costs you the turn entirely. Since everyone drops the same set of cards over the race, you have to think several turns ahead about when your low numbers will matter most. It is a light, family-friendly racing game with real tactical bite hiding under a simple, colorful horse-and-track theme.
