About this game

Croak! turns an empty 8x8 grid into a pond you discover one hop at a time. Every tile starts face down, so moving your frog to an adjacent space reveals what you are dealing with: a lily pad that bounces you onward, a mosquito that grants another move, sticky mud that flips you helplessly on your back. Land on a rival frog and you eat it outright. The board rewards memory of what you have already uncovered almost as much as bold hopping, and the game ends the instant only one queen frog remains.
