About this game

Courtisans plays out like court gossip made mechanical: every turn you hold three cards and every single one is a small act of politics. One goes to the Queen's table, nudging a family's fortunes up or down for everyone at once, and the other two land in your own domain and a rival's, planting points that only pay off if that family ends up in favor. Reading which families are trending and timing your placements is the entire game, wrapped in thirty minutes and dressed in courtly intrigue. Light enough to teach fast, sharp enough that a well-placed card in someone else's domain stings.
