Team up in 1955 Hill Valley to repair the DeLorean and hit 88 mph before the lightning strikes.
Who it's for
You love the film and want a cooperative game that retells it, or you enjoy push-your-luck co-ops. Great for a group of movie fans.
Not for you ifβ¦
You do not know or like the movie, since much of the charm comes from the references. Dice can also sink a plan, and some will find the luck frustrating.
Vibe's take
Tense and nostalgic: you gamble on one more roll, laugh at a close escape from Biff, and cheer when the timing aligns. The movie references are everywhere, so it is half game, half tribute.
A cooperative push-your-luck game set in 1955 Hill Valley. The McFly family photo is fading, and you play Marty, Doc Brown, Jennifer, or Einstein the dog. Together you run around town collecting items to fix the DeLorean, dodge Biff and his gang, help George and Lorraine fall in love, and get the car up to 88 mph just as lightning hits the Clock Tower. Dice and risk decisions add tension, and each character has special abilities. It fits two to four players and about fifty minutes, and it works best when you love the movie.
