Stratego meets Middle-earth in this tense 2-player duel by Knizia. The Fellowship tries to sneak the Ring to Mount Doom while Sauron's forces hunt them down. All pieces are hidden, creating constant bluffing about who is where. When units collide, special powers resolve the fight: Frodo can slip away, the Witch-King terrifies, and Gandalf obliterates. The Deluxe edition adds 18 new characters and variant rules for enormous replayability. Thirty minutes of pure deduction and bluffing with Tolkien flavor.
