Pandemic meets Lovecraft as investigators race to seal portals across Arkham, Dunwich, Innsmouth, and Kingsport before the Old Ones awaken. The familiar set-collection-and-treat mechanism gets a horror twist: cultists spread instead of disease cubes, shoggoths march toward portals, and each unsealed gate lets another Old One enter play with a unique global penalty. Sanity replaces health, and losing it means erratic behavior. Four investigators, twelve Old Ones, and the creeping dread that you are always one bad draw from madness.
