Race to go broke the fastest by spending an inheritance on mansions, parties, and terrible investments.
Vibe's take
reverse economics, humorous theme, engine of spending, worker placement, cleverly absurd
Who it's for
Euro gamers who appreciate clever mechanisms and want a unique, humorous take on economics.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want a serious theme. The entire game is a joke about spending money irresponsibly.
Your eccentric uncle left a fortune to the nephew who can blow through money the fastest. Spend extravagantly on mansions, companions, wild parties, and depreciating properties to be the first to go broke. Each round, choose how many actions and cards you get, then play cards to waste money as efficiently as possible. Properties depreciate faster with the right upgrades, companions drain your wallet at fancy restaurants, and events let you throw lavish galas. The reverse-economy theme is hilarious, and the engine of efficient spending is genuinely clever.
