A stacking game where the only way to build your tower higher is to pull out the pillars holding it up.
Who it's for
Families and dexterity game fans who enjoy watching tension build literally, floor by shaky floor, until it all comes down.
Not for you ifβ¦
Physical dexterity challenges and sudden-death endings that abruptly stop the game are not your idea of fun.
Vibe's take
tense, wobbly, dramatic, quick, hilarious
Villa Paletti asks you to build a tower upward using the very pillars holding it up, and that contradiction is the entire game. On your turn you roll for a floor, then pull a supporting pillar from somewhere below to place a new platform on top, which means every addition weakens the structure it depends on. Panic sets in fast as the tower climbs and the safe pillars run out, until someone's careful pull sends the whole thing crashing down and ends the game on the spot. This Spiel des Jahres winner turns simple dexterity into genuine, laughing-out-loud tension.
