About this game
Ultimate Railroads is a worker-placement game about building the biggest and most modern railway network. You send workers to jobs that lay track, upgrade your locomotives for longer reach, and run factories that churn out better technology. Engineers give you a timely boost when used well. There are many paths to victory, and turn order itself is something you claim through actions. It plays one to four, with a solo mode, and takes up to two hours. Compared with lighter train games, expect a heavier engine-and-tech puzzle where efficiency matters. Best for people who already enjoy meaty euros and train themes.
