About this game

Tortuga 1667 hands every pirate a secret flag, British or French, sometimes a lone Dutch outsider, and asks you to win for your hidden crew without ever saying so out loud. You take a seat as captain, first mate or cabin boy aboard one of two ships, then cast vote cards to attack the Spanish galleon for treasure, mutiny against a captain you don't trust, or brawl your way to a bigger share back on Tortuga. Every vote is a small negotiation and a bigger bluff, since your shipmates might not be on your side at all. When the Spanish Armada finally arrives, the team with the most treasure wins, so choose your alliances, and your silence, carefully.
