A card game crossed with dodgeball: match sets and throw plush burritos at friends.
Who it's for
You have a rowdy group or a family with kids over seven who needs to burn off energy, and you have a bit of open floor. Brilliant at parties.
Not for you ifβ¦
You have a small space, breakables, or people who dislike being targeted. Also not for a calm board-game night.
Vibe's take
Chaotic, shouty and physical. It is a game you remember for the throws, not for the cards.
Throw Throw Burrito is what happens when a card game and a dodgeball match share a living room. Everyone races to collect sets of three matching cards, and the moment you find one you slap it down and score. But the table has two squishy burritos on it, and anyone can grab and throw one at a rival to take away points. So you are matching, ducking, dodging and throwing at once. You will want to push the furniture back and put away the fragile things. It is loud, fast and a bit ridiculous. Great for teenagers and relaxed adults, bad for quiet couches. Up to six players, around fifteen minutes.
