Who it's for
You enjoy gentle drafting games with a storybook look, or you want something to play with kids who know the story.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want a challenging puzzle or big conflict. It is calm and charming, and the choices stay small.
Vibe's take
Gentle and charming: you take a tile, wonder whether someone will pass you a nasty one, and watch your tiny planet get its own personality. The drafting twist adds a friendly bit of mischief.
Everyone builds their own little planet for the animals of The Little Prince: the fox, the sheep, the elephant and the snake. Each round, the start player picks one of four tile stacks, takes as many tiles as there are players, chooses one, and then appoints someone else to choose the next. The last person must take whatever is left, but gets a small consolation. Pick wisely, though, because volcanoes and baobab trees cause trouble if they pile up on your planet. It is a gentle drafting game with a storybook look, and the choices stay friendly rather than cutthroat.
