About this game

Eighteen cards. That is your entire city. Each turn, play one card from your hand onto the growing sprawl, overlapping or adjacent, trying to build large contiguous zones of residential, commercial, industrial, and parks. Three randomly drawn scoring conditions change every game: maybe longest road scores big, maybe parks adjacent to residential are gold. Roads always cost you points though, so keep that infrastructure lean. A cooperative pocket game with more puzzle depth than games fifty times its size.
