A quick sci-fi card game where reading your opponents' timing matters as much as your cards.
Who it's for
Players who like short games with real bluffing and deduction, and enjoy an offbeat sci-fi-meets-Aztec theme.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want a purely light, no-thinking filler β the memory and deduction elements give this more bite than its 15-minute runtime suggests.
Vibe's take
Tense and cerebral for its length β simultaneous reveals and stat-based turn order mean every round is a small guessing game before anyone even sees the cards.
Space Aztecs pits an ancient Aztec city against an alien invasion, fought out entirely through card timing and bluffing. Each round you secretly pick a deck and a card to play from it, revealing everyone's choices at once β whoever picked the earliest time of day gets to act first and becomes next round's starting player. Warriors, nobles, villagers, and shadowy agents all score or trigger flying saucer attacks differently, so reading your opponents' timing is as important as your own hand.
