About this game
Saltfjord sets you up as the head of a Norwegian fishing village right as the 19th century turns into something new. Each round you draft dice to activate buildings on your board, and that single choice ripples outward: fish get hauled in, trade orders get filled, new technology creeps into daily life, or your settlement simply grows another building. It plays out over three tight rounds where every die you take is also a die someone else can't have, and the dice-drafting engine, echoing Santa Maria but fully reworked, rewards reading the whole table, not just your own plans.
