About this game
The government has privatized oil refining, and you are building a pipeline empire. Buy crude oil at market prices, pipe it through an increasingly complex network of refinery tiles to upgrade it, and sell the refined product for profit. The tile-laying pipe network is a spatial puzzle where every connection matters: longer chains produce better oil, but inefficient routing wastes turns. Market prices fluctuate based on player actions, creating an economic dynamic that rewards reading the table. A heavy economic euro about literally building a pipeline.
