About this game
Phantom Ink splits your group into two rival teams, each with a Spirit who has chosen a secret object and Media who are desperate to guess it before the other side does. The twist is delicious: your team shares one hand of question cards, so you have to agree on what to ask before the Spirit slowly writes an answer, one letter at a time, live in front of everyone. Watching a word take shape letter by letter, and racing to blurt out the answer before your rivals connect the dots first, makes for a wonderfully tense fifteen minutes. Simple to teach, deceptively clever to play well.
