About this game

Scheme to overthrow or support Mexican dictator Porfirio Diaz through a card tableau of businesses, troops, and political connections. Four victory conditions are possible: topple Diaz by revolution, command loyalty, accumulate wealth, or achieve US annexation. Card play is the engine: buy cards from a shared market, play them to your tableau for income and influence, or use them for one-time effects. The political climate shifts through regime cards that change which victory condition is achievable. A Phil Eklund design: historically rich, mechanically dense, and politically unflinching.
