About this game
The Black Death has arrived in Messina, and you must manage the plague while building your influence. Rescue citizens from infected districts, quarantine the sick, and develop the city even as the plague spreads. The worker-placement system forces impossible choices: helping infected areas risks your own workers, but the rescued citizens become your workforce. The plague spreading mechanic creates mounting pressure as the game progresses, making every rescue mission feel heroic and desperate.
