Who it's for

Trick-taking fans who want a compact, team-scalable duel with a clever twist on how margins translate to progress.

Not for you if…

You want a large-hand, deep trick-taking game β€” Kitsu is quick and tight rather than sprawling.

Vibe's take

Tight and tactical for a trick-taker β€” every trick's margin matters as much as who wins it, since a narrow win and a blowout have very different consequences.

About this game

Kitsu splits your table into two rival fox-spirit clans, Zenko and Yako, and hands every player cards from both sides. Each trick pits the total value of blue cards against orange, and whichever clan wins pushes its marker along a Wisdom track β€” but win too big, and the losing clan banks a Power token instead. You play your assigned clan's cards for your team, but everyone touches both sides of the table.
