Vibe's take

Sharp and tense – simultaneous reveals create real uncertainty, and every faction pulls the table in a different direction.

About this game

Kauri retells the settlement of New Zealand through four wildly asymmetric factions – the Maori, the English, the possums, and the kiwis – each pursuing a completely different path to victory around the sacred Kauri tree. Over five intense rounds, players play cards simultaneously to build territory while trying to keep rivals from scoring too freely.
