Stack a gecko on a frog on a turtle on a crocodile and race downriver without hitting a bridge.
Who it's for
Families who have worn out plain roll-and-move games and want something with a real decision each turn. Good with three or four.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want the winner decided by skill. The dice still swing it, the stacking is fiddly for small fingers, and the pieces can be knocked over accidentally, which annoys children who did nothing wrong.
Vibe's take
Cheerfully fiddly. Watching your animal tower slide under a bridge intact is a small triumph, and getting swept apart is funny rather than annoying.
Four animals of different sizes swim down a river together, and the small ones can ride piggyback on the big ones. Each turn you either roll dice to move animals or slide a tile into the river to shift everything at once. Bridges span the river, and a stack that is too tall gets knocked apart.
