A narrative adventure you literally piece together, one interlocking jigsaw fragment at a time.
Who it's for
Narrative game fans looking for a genuinely novel way to experience a story, and small groups willing to commit to a longer campaign across multiple sessions.
Not for you if…
You want a quick one-off session — this is a substantial, multi-hour campaign best suited to players ready to invest real time in an unfolding story.
Vibe's take
Slow-burning and immersive — there's a meditative quality to physically assembling the story, punctuated by real tension whenever a puzzle piece reveals a consequence you didn't see coming.
Fragments: Fungataï sends you deep into an ancient forest to search for a missing brother, guided by little more than a found pendant and rumors of shamans and spirits living among the trees. Instead of turning pages or reading cards, you piece the story together literally — manipulating interlocking jigsaw puzzle pieces that reveal narrative, choices, and consequences as you assemble them. The four-chapter campaign runs roughly seven hours and can be played solo or cooperatively with up to four.
