Wild West shoot-out played by flicking wooden cowboys across a tabletop town, with bandits against sheriffs.
Who it's for
You want a dexterity game with a theme and a story, for a mixed group of kids and adults. Good for teams and bigger groups.
Not for you if…
You dislike dexterity games or have a wobbly table. Success depends on finger skills.
Vibe's take
Loud, theatrical, and playful. Every flick draws gasps, and the team scenarios make the table feel like a movie set.
Flick 'em Up! is a Wild West dexterity game where you play with tiny wooden cowboys, flicked across a tabletop town. You can be a bandit, robbing the bank, freeing prisoners, or terrorizing bystanders, or the sheriff trying to stop them. You flick your discs to move, shoot, and duel, using different guns for different tactics. A box full of scenarios gives each game a story, or you can invent your own. It plays from two to ten, so it scales nicely, and the dexterity element is easy to grasp even for kids from about seven. It is a loud, theatrical, shoot-out party with plenty of table talk.
