A cooperative picture detective game where kids piece together what the zombies are up to.
Who it's for
You want a kid-friendly mystery in which children and adults solve something together by looking and talking. A good pick for kids who like observing details.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want action, dice or quick laughs. This is a quieter reading-and-reasoning game, and there is only so much replay once the story is solved.
Vibe's take
Calm, chatty and curious. You gather around cards, compare details and argue pleasantly about what they mean. The excitement comes from a clue clicking into place, not from racing.
A cooperative investigation in the universe of Zombie Kidz, played with picture cards instead of a board. You and your fellow detectives explore a world frozen in time, piecing together the story bit by bit from the viewpoints of the characters who lived it. Compare what each card shows, spot clues, solve small mysteries and answer the final questions together. For one to four players, about 30 minutes, ages 7 and up. Kids can lead the investigation while grown-ups help them reason aloud, so it works as a shared puzzle rather than a test of who knows more. Zombie Kidz fans get a bonus, but you do not need to know the earlier games.
