A two-player dinosaur park race where every card can be a dino, an attraction or an action.
Who it's for
You like Dinosaur Island's theme but want a faster two-player version. Great for couples who enjoy clever card-driven decisions.
Not for you ifβ¦
You want a bigger table game with more players. It is built for two, and the solo mode is only a side option.
Vibe's take
Tight and tense: every card you hold pulls three ways, and you always give up something good. It feels like a compact duel of small, painful choices.
Duelosaur Island is a two-player dinosaur park builder with one clever trick: every card does three jobs. The top of a card gives you the DNA for a dinosaur you could create, the bottom is the blueprint for an attraction to build, and you can also discard a card for a one-off action. Do you make the dinosaur to draw visitors, build the attraction that raises your hand limit and income, or throw the card away to combine DNA for the next beast? It comes with five new DNA dice that can also be mixed into Dinosaur Island. Forty-five minutes, two players, a lot of tension in every decision.
