Who it's for

Ideal for two-player households where one loves Scythe, the other knows Expeditions, and both want a fast, spicy rematch machine.

Not for you if…

Not the right pick if neither of you knows Scythe or Expeditions, since the duel assumes each side brings their own rules knowledge.

About this game

One of you plays by Scythe rules, the other by Expeditions rules, and the box contains everything both sides need – you just each have to know your own game. The battlefield is deliberately cramped: ten locations, two lakes, and a race to four stars where every single turn carries weight. Meloch himself plays devious referee, handing your opponent a small boost every time you score, so leads evaporate and finales stay tight. Forty-five minutes of asymmetric head-to-head that feels like two universes colliding on one small map, and all your existing Scythe factions plug right in.
