Patients arrive as dice, and their values represent how sick they are. Draft the most critical patients, assign hospital staff to treat them, and discharge them cured for points. Dice Hospital uses worker placement with a medical theme where higher patient values mean healthier patients but lower dice mean critical cases that score more when cured. Specialist staff and hospital upgrades create engine-building combos. The theme works perfectly with the dice-as-patients mechanism.
